Education & Admissions Consultant
Full-time · Remote (Africa-based)
Guide students end-to-end through university applications, scholarship strategy, and visa preparation.
Responsibilities
- ✓ Run consultation and advisory sessions with prospective students
- ✓ Build personalised university shortlists and application timelines
- ✓ Coach students through personal statements and scholarship essays
- ✓ Track applications in the admin panel through to offer letters
Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree, with direct experience in international admissions or counselling
- • Strong written and verbal communication in English
- • Familiarity with UK, US, Canadian, or EU application systems
Language Lab Tutor
Part-time / Contract · Remote
Teach live sessions across Language Lab Academy — exam prep (IELTS/TOEFL), local African languages, or E-School subject tuition.
Responsibilities
- ✓ Deliver live online lessons via our E-School classroom
- ✓ Prepare lesson plans aligned to student level and goals
- ✓ Track student progress and provide feedback after each session
- ✓ Support either exam-prep English, an African local language, or general academic tutoring
Requirements
- • Proven teaching or tutoring experience in your subject area
- • Native or fluent proficiency in the language you teach
- • Reliable internet connection and a quiet space for live classes
Digital Marketing & Content Associate
Full-time · Remote
Own our social presence, blog, and lead funnel — turning student success stories into the content that brings the next student in.
Responsibilities
- ✓ Plan and publish content across blog, social media, and email
- ✓ Manage live chat and WhatsApp lead follow-up alongside the team
- ✓ Produce student success stories and testimonials for the site
- ✓ Track and report on campaign performance and site analytics
Requirements
- • Experience running social media or content for a brand or business
- • Comfortable with basic analytics (Google Analytics, social insights)
- • Excellent written English; design/Canva skills a strong plus
